Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the OneSourcSoft website (onesourcesoft.com) or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
Services
OneSourcSoft provides digital marketing, web development, design, mobile app development, and related services. The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work (SOW) signed by both parties.
Engagement and payment
- Retainer services are billed monthly in advance with a three-month minimum term unless otherwise stated.
- Project-based engagements are billed 50% on project start and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise stated in the SOW.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service fee.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables (websites, designs, code, assets) created specifically for your project. OneSourcSoft retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies unless an explicit NDA exists.
Third-party assets (fonts, stock photography, plugins) remain under their original licences and any associated fees are your responsibility.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. Confidentiality survives termination.
Warranties and liability
Services are provided “as is” with the warranty that they will be performed with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSourcSoft’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.
Termination
Either party may terminate a retainer engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.
Website use
You agree not to use the OneSourcSoft website to:
- Engage in any unlawful activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, server, or related systems.
- Transmit malware or interfere with site operation.
- Scrape, copy, or republish site content without written permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or our services after a revision constitutes acceptance.
