Brand and design work makes sense at three life-stages: pre-launch (you are about to enter market and want a brand that does not need replacing in two years), refresh (existing brand is dated, inconsistent, or doesn’t scale across new touchpoints), or rebrand (after acquisition, repositioning, or to recover from reputation issues). It is the wrong investment when the real problem is messaging, pricing, or product — design cannot fix those.
Designing for Pakistani audiences requires more cultural fluency than most international agencies bring. Colour symbolism (green has religious connotations beyond just the flag; red is auspicious in some communities, mourning in others); typography (Urdu scripts have specific weight and ligature requirements that generic Arabic typefaces handle badly); imagery (modesty conventions vary by region and category); and humour conventions (what works in Karachi DTC will not work in a Lahore B2B deck). Our in-house team includes designers who grew up in Pakistan and know these registers without needing them explained.

Brand identity + collateral system + website: quoted as a combined engagement starting around PKR 450,000. All projects include full file delivery (AI, SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS) and full IP transfer — you own everything we create the moment final payment clears.

Junior freelancer on Fiverr: PKR 3,000–10,000 (often template-based, no rights transferred cleanly). Senior agency work with proper brand exploration, multiple rounds, and full deliverables: PKR 60,000–250,000. The difference is whether you have a logo or a brand. We charge for the latter.
Logo (primary, secondary, monogram), colour system, typography system, brand voice guidelines, application examples (business card, letterhead, email signature, social templates), full vector files (AI, SVG, PNG, PDF), and a written brand guidelines document. Anything less and you do not have a brand identity, you have a logo.

Yes. Brand refresh (vs. ground-up rebrand) is one of our specialities. We keep the equity worth keeping and modernise the rest. We will tell you on the record whether a refresh or rebrand is the right move — sometimes the existing brand is fine and the problem is execution.
Yes — we test every logo at 16px, 32px, in single colour, in greyscale, in reverse, and in embroidery-friendly outline form before delivery. A logo that only works at one size on a white background is not done.
