This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which One Source Soft (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides refunds and accepts cancellations for the digital and professional services purchased through onesourcesoft.com. By engaging our services or completing a payment, you agree to this policy. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of our services

One Source Soft provides professional digital services, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), web design and development, social media marketing, content marketing, graphic design and branding, email marketing, online reputation management, and mobile app development. These are bespoke, labour-based services delivered over time — not physical products and not instant-download digital goods.

2. Payments and what they cover

  • Project fees are charged for a defined scope of work agreed in writing before the engagement begins (often as a deposit plus milestone payments).
  • Monthly retainers are charged in advance for an agreed scope of recurring work in that billing cycle.
  • Ad spend (where applicable) is your media budget paid to platforms such as Google or Meta and is invoiced separately from our management fee.

3. Cancellation by you

3.1 Project work

You may cancel a project at any time by written notice to [email protected]. On cancellation:

  • You are billed for all work completed and any non-recoverable third-party costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
  • Any portion of a deposit or milestone payment that exceeds the value of work delivered is refunded to you (see Section 5).
  • Work already delivered and paid for is non-refundable.

3.2 Monthly retainers

Retainer engagements can be cancelled with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date. The current billing cycle that has already started is non-refundable because the work for that cycle is planned and resourced in advance, but no further cycles will be charged after the notice period.

4. When you are entitled to a refund

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charge — if you are accidentally charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full.
  • Work not started — if you cancel a project before any work has begun, you receive a full refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
  • Service not delivered — if we fail to deliver an agreed milestone and cannot remedy it within a reasonable cure period, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion.

5. When refunds do not apply

Because our services are labour-based and customised, refunds are not available for:

  • Work that has already been completed and delivered.
  • Time and labour already invested in an active project or retainer cycle.
  • Ad spend that has already been spent on advertising platforms.
  • Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g. software licences, stock assets, paid tools, hosting).
  • Dissatisfaction with results where the agreed scope of work was delivered. SEO, advertising, and content outcomes depend on factors outside our sole control (search engines, ad auctions, your market), and we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue figures.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, email [email protected] or call +92 22 3400001 with your name, the service purchased, the payment date, and the reason for the request. We acknowledge all requests within 2 business days and resolve approved refunds within 7–10 business days.

7. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. We do not charge any fee for processing a legitimate refund.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and amicably. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We keep written records of agreed scope, deliverables, and communications to resolve any dispute fairly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The latest version is always published on this page.
