The mistake most brands make is treating organic social as content theatre and paid social as a separate performance channel. We run them as one programme: organic creates and tests, paid scales the winners.
Social media management makes sense when (a) your audience is reachable on social — most consumer brands, lifestyle products, education businesses, professional services; (b) you can commit to a creative cadence (3–5 posts per platform per week minimum); and (c) you have someone internally who can respond to operational questions our community manager flags. It does not make sense for B2B products with very narrow buyer bases (cold outbound + LinkedIn outreach is more efficient) or for businesses without the budget for original creative.
Pakistani social audiences have specific patterns. Instagram and TikTok dominate Gen-Z and millennial audiences, with Facebook still strong in Tier-2 cities and 30+ demographics. LinkedIn engagement in Pakistan is genuinely growing for B2B — better than most emerging markets. Cricket, religion, food, and family-anchored content over-index on engagement; politics under-indexes for brand safety. Urdu and Roman Urdu captions out-perform pure English for consumer brands. WhatsApp Business is functionally part of the social stack here — DMs from Instagram routinely move to WhatsApp for purchase conversations, and we set up the handoff.
Monthly retainer model. PKR 120,000 to PKR 300,000 per month for senior-led management of two platforms, including original creative (not stock or reposts), community management during PKT business hours, and paid amplification of organic winners. Photo/video production days quoted separately when on-site work is needed. Three-month minimum so we can establish baseline metrics before being judged.
Vanity metrics (likes, followers) get reported but not optimised. We optimise for: profile-to-website CTR, save rate, share rate, audience growth quality, and ultimately tracked conversions from social-first audiences.
Social content has a half-life of hours. Pairing it with a long-form content marketing programme means every short-form post can point back to a permanent asset on your site that ranks and converts. Talk to us about a combined programme.
This page is full of numbers. Here is how to check them before you take the call: read our 212 Google Business reviews (the link goes straight to the Google Maps listing — search “One Source Soft Karachi” if you prefer). We are also listed on Clutch where buyers leave verified reviews. Anyone in Social Media who is not happy to point you at a public review profile is asking you to take it on faith, and that is rarely how good agency relationships start.

Honest answer: pick two, not all of them. Instagram + Facebook for most consumer and lifestyle brands. LinkedIn for B2B and professional services. TikTok if your audience skews under 30 and you can commit to weekly short-form video. Trying to run six platforms with one person is the most common reason agencies fail to deliver.
Senior-led management of two platforms with original content (not reposts) and community engagement: PKR 120,000–300,000 per month, depending on volume. If you find someone quoting PKR 25,000 a month, they are either reselling Canva templates or using a junior with no QA.
Both. We have an in-house creative team that does product photography, short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), and graphic design. We bring a photographer/videographer on site once a month for most retainers. Caption-only social does not work in 2026.
3–5 feed posts per platform per week, plus daily Stories. Less than that and the algorithm forgets you exist; more than that without quality control and engagement collapses. The exact cadence depends on the platform and the audience.
For consumer brands and DTC: yes, when paired with paid social and a working website. For B2B services: indirectly — it builds brand familiarity and warm audiences for retargeting, but is rarely the last-touch channel. We will tell you upfront which bucket you are in.
Yes — included in most retainers. We respond to comments and DMs during Pakistan business hours (9am–6pm PKT) and flag anything that needs your input. For e-commerce clients we also handle order/return enquiries that come through DMs.
We have a written crisis protocol: pause scheduled posts, immediate senior involvement, on-call within an hour, public response drafted with you within four hours. Mistakes happen — the difference is what you do in the first 24 hours.
Our team is based in Karachi but we deliver social media marketing for clients in every major Pakistani city. Async-friendly, with weekly synchronous reviews adapted to your timezone.
