We are looking for a highly motivated individual with prior experience in handling Sales for International clients (US in particular). Position holder will be responsible for carrying out Sales related activities for our online design website

Job Responsibilities

The prime responsibility of the individual is:

To identify sales opportunities and present benefits and key product features to acquire new business.
To communicate with existing and new customers to meet sales targets.
To understand and work towards meeting monthly sales targets.
To handle sales queries via phone calls, emails and live chats
To maintain customer records for tracking sales process, and monitor project status.
To provide customer valuable guidelines to motivate them to launch new projects.
To find upgrades/up sell opportunities.
To follow up on new leads and referrals.
To prepare TASK proposals and send emails to prospect or returning clients.

Skills Required:

Candidate should have the following skills:

• Excellent command in written and spoken English. Neutral accent is highly preferred.
• Be dedicated, disciplined with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• To be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
